Tangled Webs by Irene Hannon-book review

tangled-websTangled Webs by Irene Hannon is the third book in the Men Of Valor series. The first book in this series, Buried Secrets, is the first book I read by her. I loved this book… I think I read it in less than 3 days. Then again… I love all of her books. And read them all in 3 days.

Here is a summary:

All Finn McGregor needs is some quiet time.

All Dana Lewis needs is some quiet time.

When they end up neighbors for a summer in the woods, neither of them will get the quiet time that they need.

Something-a not so good something-is going on at Dana’s camp, the last thing she needs after the last few years. The only way to stay safe is to trust Finn, a man she has never met before. Finn doesn’t want to pull his ex-Army Ranger skills back out so soon. But it doesn’t look like he has a choice.

As Finn and Dana get closer as friends, the more dangerous the game gets. The person is not joking around. Each “warning” gets closer and closer. Their lives are threatened.. something that Finn is used to… but not with Dana’s life at stake too.

The more they dig, the more tangled it becomes.

Quiet time will be the last thing that they get this summer.

I think the biggest theme of this book was trust. Both of the characters had to put aside there fears and learn to trust the other.

This was a very fun read. Irene Hannon has a very unique writing style that pulls you in from the very beginning.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes suspense, romance, action from the very first page until the very last page, and.. as I said in my Private Justice series book review… that tingling feeling that comes along with mysteries.

I loved this book!!
