Raspberries are in high volume right now on our property. Anna decided to make some Raspberry Lemonade today. She found a recipe for Blackberry Lemonade on Taste of Home’s website, and substituted fresh picked raspberries. It is out of this world!
- 4 cups water, divided
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel (we left this out)
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 to 2 drops blue food coloring, optional (we don’t ever add food coloring to our food…you can leave this out)
