Meal Plan 5/29-6/4


Breakfast-GF waffles

Lunch-pbj, potato chips, watermelon….Kaitlyn had friends over and we were preparing for a church Memorial Day Picnic. K and friends needed to stay outside (per mom) and have something they could grab and eat!

Dinner-Church Memorial Day Picnic at The Parsonage! 50 or so of our closest church friends and family started arriving at 4:45 p.m and left around 11 p.m. Jeremy manned the grill full of hot dogs and bratwurst, the outside was filled with drinks, lawnchairs, friends and the inside was filled with food brought by everyone!


Breakfast-Banana Bread and fruit left from picnic as we headed to spend the day with Jeremy’s family. A quick stop at Dunkin Donuts for drinks for the trip. Because few things are as American as Dunkin Donuts. We were only doing our part.

Lunch/Dinner-Memorial Day Cookout Food-Steak and Chicken on the grill, baked beans, potato chips, potato salad, Flag Cake, iced tea


Breakfast-Fruit Salad

Lunch-hotdogs, fruit and veggies left from Sunday night’s church gathering. I had leftover Spaghetti Squash from last weekend.

Dinner-Pancakes, fruit salad, and Jeremy threw some Venison Steaks on the grill for himself.


Jeremy is off hiking for 4 days with guy friends, so the menu from here through Sat. is only for us girls. 


Lunch-Macaroni and Cheese, raw veggies

Dinner-Baked Haddock, grilled green beans

Lunch-PBJ, veggies

Dinner- Hot dogs, fruit (still working on leftovers from Sunday!)

Dinner-Leftovers and ice cream….Since Jeremy had been on the trail for 4 days he was craving some fresh veggies-He had Salad topped with venison strips and bacon. The girls and I had what was left of the risotto from lunch, plus some raw veggies. I also made buffalo cauliflower. Here’s what I learned: cauliflower is still cauliflower regardless of what you put on it. I probably won’t make it again.
