Today we had a few Easter M-n-M’s around the house, some coconut and some green chocolate coating chips left over from Christmas. What better to do with all of those than to make some Candy Easter Bark?!
1 cups green coating wafers
a handful of candy
a handful of shredded coconut
- Melt the coating wafers over low heat, stirring frequently until chocolate is smooth
- When melted spread chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Quickly sprinkle candy and coconut on top
- Let cool
- Break apart and eat.
