3. Grab the Olive Oil
4. Fill a kettle half way with Olive Oil. Turn burner on medium high. The oil should be very hot. 5. Grab two handfuls of potatoes and put them in the kettle. 6. The oil will look like this:7. Next, cover a plate with a layer of paper towels. 8. Give the chips a stir. This part of the process will take 10ish minutes.
9. When the chips start to have a golden brown edging to them, they are done. However, depending on how crispy/burnt you like the chips you can leave them in as long as you like.
10. Using a slotted spoon take the chips out of the kettle….
11. …and place on the paper towel to soak some of the oil off. Salt with your fave salt.
