I. Heart. Candied. Almonds.
That’s all I need to say.
Except that you should heart them too.
Here’s a recipe that will seriously take hardly any time to make.
1 Cup whole, shelled almonds
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Place water, sugar and cinnamon in kettle. Stir.
3. Add almonds.
4. Mix well.
5. Let cook for 5 minutes.
6. After 5 minutes place almonds and sugar mixture on a baking pan. Either spray with non-stick spray or use parchment paper. Otherwise, it’s a hot sticky mess.
7. Bake almonds on 350 for about 10 minutes.
8. After 10 minutes remove from the oven and let them cool entirely before eating.
