Craisins and Mozzarella-Recipe

Craisins. Balsamic Vinegar. Fresh Mozzarella.

We had this appetizer at a wedding a few years ago. It’s good. Really, it is. Better than you expect.

Ingredients:

8 oz. fresh mozzarella

1/6 cup of Balsamic Vinegar

1 handful Craisins

To Do:

Take one ball of fresh mozzarella (8 oz.)

2. Slice it into slightly thicker portions.

3. Place the slices in a baking pan and throw a handful of Craisins all over it.

4. Pour the Balsamic Vinegar over the cheese and Craisins.

5. Bake it at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. When it’s ready it will look like this melty, gooey goodness:

6. Serving it messes up the shape of the slices, so that it comes out looking like alien brain, but it’s good. Trust me.
