I promised Daisy two weeks ago that I would make her dog treats, prompted by the fact that I first found these awesomesauce little doggie themed cookie cutters while out shopping one day.

I didn’t get around to making them (I’m so sure she cares) until today, but I think she was pretty happy with the results.

But then, she’ll eat just about anything at anytime anywhere from anyone.

These are easy peasy.

Ingredients:

I forgot the egg in the picture….

1 cup coconut flour

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 cup water

Yield a dozen large treats.

To Do:

  1. Mix the coconut flour, oatmeal, peanut butter and egg together in a mixer. When the dough becomes crumbly, slowly add the water until the dough comes together in a ball.IMG_1750

2. Remove dough from bowl and flatten it on a piece of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thickness.
